The Lucullus Circle was a US society based in New York City. It was inaugurated on 11 December 1951 at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel by Claude Philippe. He created the group as "he felt the city needed a simon-pure, amateur gourmet society". At the black-tie dinners, he functioned as "a cross between a benevolent dictator and a kindly father". The society was known for its wine stock and for its elaborate dinners, initially only for men, but later including the Ladies Dinner.

Mycetaeidae is a family of beetles in the superfamily Coccinelloidea, formerly included within the family Endomychidae. There are two genera currently included in the family, Agaricophilus and Mycetaea, which are morphologically divergent from each other, and it is unclear whether they are closely related. Mycetaea is found in North America, Europe and South Africa, while Agaricophilus is restricted to Europe. The Salisbury Cathedral clock is a large iron-framed tower clock without a dial, in Salisbury Cathedral, England. Thought to date from about 1386, it is a well-preserved example of the earliest type of mechanical clock, called verge and foliot clocks, and is said to be the oldest working clock in the world, although similar claims are made for other clocks.

Montserrat Pujol Joval (born 27 April 1979 in Andorra la Vella) is a former track and field athlete who competed internationally for Andorra. Pujol represented Andorra at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. She competed at the 100 metres sprint and placed seventh in her heat without advancing to the second round. Agora Spółka Akcyjna (Agora SA) is a Polish media company. Agora and Gazeta Wyborcza (The Electoral Gazette) were created on the eve of the parliamentary elections in 1989. Gazeta Wyborcza became the first independent newspaper in Poland, while Agora grew into one of the largest and most renowned media companies in Poland.
