The Loop Shuttle was a rapid transit line on the Chicago "L". It operated clockwise around the Loop, making stops at all stations. The line was inaugurated September 30, 1969, and discontinued September 30, 1977. == Operations == The Loop Shuttle operated continuously clockwise around the inner track of the Loop, approximately 1.79 miles (2.88 km). The line provided service Monday through Saturday during the day, with no late night or Sunday service. Evening service was dropped later in its life.

The men's 10 metre air pistol shooting event at the 2015 Pan American Games will be held on July 12 at the Pan Am Shooting Centre in Innisfil. The event consisted of two rounds: a qualifier and a final. In the qualifier, each shooter fired 60 shots with an air pistol at 10 metres distance. Scores for each shot were in increments of 1, with a maximum score of 10. The top 8 shooters in the qualifying round moved on to the final round. There, they fired an additional 10 shots. These shots scored in increments of .1, with a maximum score of 10.9.

The IBM Card-Programmed Electronic Calculator or CPC was announced by IBM in May 1949. Later that year an improved machine, the CPC-II, was also announced. IBM's electronic (vacuum tube) calculators could perform multiple calulations, including division. The card-programmed calculators used fields on punched cards not to specify the actual operations to be performed on data, but which "microprogram" hard-coded onto the plugboard of the IBM 604 or 605 calculator machine; a set of cards produced different results when used with different plugboards.

Swain House is a heritage-listed detached house at 139 Laurel Avenue, Chelmer, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was built from the 1920s onwards.
